Return/Refund Policy

In line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (faulty goods) and Consumer Contracts Regulations (online/distance sales) recognise a 14-day “cooling-off” period for online purchases where you can change your mind for a full refund.

Faulty Goods (Consumer Rights Act 2015):
Within 30 Days: You’re entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement if goods are faulty, not as described, or of unsatisfactory quality.
After 30 Days (within 6 months): You must give the retailer one chance to repair or replace the item. If unsuccessful, you can then ask for a refund or price reduction.
After 6 Months: The burden of proof shifts to you to show the fault existed at purchase.
Online/Distance Purchases (Consumer Contracts Regulations):
14-Day Cooling-Off Period: You can cancel an order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it.
14-Day Return Window: You have another 14 days after notifying the seller to actually send the item back.

Refunds: Includes standard delivery costs and be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

How to Return an Item

Package Securely: Follow instructions, use original packaging if possible.
Get Proof: Keep proof of postage/tracking.
Wait for Refund: You should receive it within 14 days of the return being processed.
